IBM Ultrabay Slim USB Housing
After using the Ultrabay Slim to USB adapter for a little while, I received a request from a
forum.thinkpads.com member to swap with a housing that he was using. This is what I received:

The housing connects to a computer using a standard mini-USB to USB cable.
